They have 2.1 Million in debt.

Thats new !

So if they raise money you can assume they will need to raise about 4 million $ .

2 million to cover debt and 2 million to fund another year.

Very very bad !

What do you think a 4 million $ PP will do to the share price . ???

You see a pattern !

Ive been seeing it since 1$ a share levels ...

Share price goes down ....shareholders get xxxxxx....management gets salaries...
