Personally, I only play with my own money. I wouldn't feel comfortable doing what you suggested because of what I mentioned on FFN not paying for months in a row. If you want to borrow money and buy FFN with your borrowed money, then I'd probably look at FFN.PR.A instead (the preferred shares of FFN) although they trade at a premium, there's a good chance you'll be able to ride the dividend for a year or more and sell them back for the same price or around the same price you bought them. Although it’s less of a gamble than with FFN, it’s still a gamble.
No, I’m not aware of a tool that would allow you to calculate tax numbers as you are looking for but I’m sure there’s something out there.
