I have no doubt that the plant is real and the proccess works.
However, the abrasiveness of the feed stock grinding down everything in its path is a very big issue,
causing the module to become a very high maintenance unit.
The external components such as valves, pumps, pipings... can be dealt with without too much hassle, but the internal parts of the reactors and the liquid/solid seperator are expensive, time consuming and not easy to deal with, causing major delay every time there is a break down.
( For the safety of the plant employees, the high pressure piping system should be inspected and/or replaced regularly.)
Here I am hoping the module one is good enough to validate the 2.5 ton/day concept, but I do not think it is good enough for the longer term.
Hence the company said the next module will be different from the first one.
