Huh?

"Project is good but company has no money to file and can not resume trading."

Ask Splitcore where all the money went.

Explanation please

Happy New Year to everyone.
I don't pretend to be a savvy investor and I don't claim to be particularly intelligent.  But, none of you provided a reasonable explanation to me when I pointed out the last PP of about $300,000.00, long after WMG had ceased trading, had to be a positive sign,  I repeat my childish comment that the PP has to be an extremely positive indicator that WMG will (must) resume trading.
Would someone please explain to me how the PP could mean anything other than a trade resumption in the very near future.
It will likely take you some time to couch your response in a negative vein but, go ahead, take your time.

Interesting reading.

Sherry and KTD, well written comments but you both seem to have missed my point even though it was rather clearly stated.
As you pointed out, WMG hasn't traded in nearly seven months.  To novices such as myself, this would suggest that the company has become defunct. "Defunct" in the sense that it is no longer a functioning company (titsup if you prefer).
Now when someone writes a cheque for half a million dollars to buy into WMG at this point, I have to believe he or she is not a drooling idiot and that, instead, they are a serious, intelligent invester with hopes of a decent return on their investment.
You can talk about past PP's when the company was trading and active, but that doesn't apply to this situation even remotely.
