The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of its resource properties. Its project includes Piskanja. Piskanja is located in a historical mining region with infrastructure for mining, including roads, rail, electric power, experienced miners, and others. The site is situated 250 kilometers (km) south of Belgrade, Serbia, accessible by paved roads. Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. Don't know if you listened to the recent posting of AGM meeting minutes, but TD did state the 60 day approval process as outlined in the most recent Mining Laws is a guideline, so the term is not chistled in stone.

TD also stated that the staff now working for the Mining Ministry are now allot more efficient in their approval processes, so that's a good thing.
Also mentioned was the staff may be a bit behind in the approval process if they were away on a summer holiday there could be a slight delay in processing.

IMO, there is no doubt Boron One will receive both exploitation licenses for Piskanja & the old Pobrdje boron deposit remaining at the coalmine, at least that is the message I received.
Hopefully this clarifies your queries.
