I already told you, there will be no SIB and there probably likely had never planned one. Manji made his path clear quite some time ago of what the future held for the reit. It would have almost been counter productive in his mind (as much as I have come to understand Manji) to do a "short term" gain SIB. That is the way I see it, I was wrong once though (long time ago) so you never know. That was tongue in cheek.
