Opec plus...Back bone of the opec plus the Saudis I think there going to have a difficult time convincing some of there buddy countries on not opening up the oil taps! As they had somewhat difficult time on last two meetings trying to sell opec plus reason's why not put more oil out as some counties weren't aboard the idea...
