The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Got to hand it to DJT….

Got to hand it to DJT…. He certainly robbed Peter to pay Paul in 2017.  The one time mandatory repatriation tax on overseas retained earnings.  I'm getting PTSD.
