Excellent post. Andrew would know what happened with the JV and the money. But David has an opportunity, as well as the Board to inform the investors as to what transpire, otherwise it leads to speculation and drops the level of trust that investors and others have in their company. They have a lot of planning work to do, likely very little capital to work with, and are skating on extremely thin ice. But let's hope the ice thickens and they can succeed! There are many who can't and won't likely wait to see if they're successful.
