Imaflex Inc. is focused on the development and manufacturing of solutions for the flexible packaging and agriculture industries. The Company’s products consist primarily of polyethylene (plastic) film and bags, including metalized plastic film, for the industrial, agricultural and consumer markets. Its agricultural films are finished products, predominantly sold directly by the Company to growers. Its portfolio includes common mulch, compostable and fumigant barrier films, as well as metalized crop protection films that add pest/weed control and/or accelerated growth benefits beyond those provided by its common mulch films. It has manufacturing facilities in Canada and the United States.

RE:RE:Third and Fourth Quarter Possible OUTCOMES for IFX - Imaflex

RE:RE:Third and Fourth Quarter Possible OUTCOMES for IFX - Imaflex
Hey Ciao,

I really don’t think they are that aggressive estimates, if anything short of what could be possible. Please take a look at the investor presentation through the link I have provided below. If you read what they outline on page 6, this really states their case for increased sales and profits, and how and where they will be obtained (not including any future ADVASEAL offerings, which is a potential game changer). Just straight up better utilization of their equipment (new, old and added) along with new higher margin value added products. Plus, resin prices seem back into normal operating ranges or better to me. That is one reason why we have seen the margin percentage return back up. Plus, I feel it still can be increased again. Also, with these higher margin new products in metalized and other non-agriculture films, this efficiency is going to continue and only get gross profit margins and revenue higher as their new equipment gets up to full speed over the next 18 months and beyond. Then, if you have a peak at the graph on page 13 and take out the little downward hiccup for 2022, you can project my estimates perfectly right in line with this rising progressive UP graph in each category. Basically a return to their long term plans with new equipment, super new products, and a new management team. I also believe EPA approval will be received by year end? So, you can believe what I have shown you and jump on this Imaflex bandwagon BEFORE the analysts report what I am saying OR you can wait, to be totally safe, but pay a much higher price when they come out and agree with me. I believe everything I have researched and concluded are true and very factual and have substantially increased my holdings (and may add even more) in IFX. Good luck to you and all other current and future Imaflex shareholders, nor matter what you decide to do.
