Tony sold 14K on Dec. 2nd. I would gues that if he wanted to sell more, he would have done the bulk of it on the first trade. If Beacon can get its retail clients to pick up some IFX, that would help

Beacon is still listed on their website (under investor information / stock information / analayst coverage) and apparently they did update their report on IFX after Q3 was released. CantechLetter

I agree the optics don't look good at all but then again we know on normal days the volume on IFX just isn't there for insiders to upload a decent amount so they must take advantage of days

Looks like an insider (VP Marketing and Innovation) viewed earnings release as a liquidity opportunity to unload shares. With the blackout out of the way, shares hit the market bids. Earnings

Correction: I just re-checked insider trading reports, Tony only sold 41K shares after Q2 was released.He had both indirect and direct trading accounts, both sold for a total of 41K shares.

I think he is selling again for sure like clockwork but then again I am not sure if its a bad thing cause then the float is not so concentrated assuming he doesn't tank it by doing a huge market

Judging by his sale of about 400K shares after Q2 was released, he may be unloading some more shares again. WIll need to wait for insider trading reports to surface. Disppointing if he does this again

They used to list Beacon Securities on the bottom of the investor page website, however I just checked and it is no longer there. Given the better operating results and bright future, having some

Yea idk what traders are doing.  All I know is this business is now on doing much better and if they can keep it up we should see higher prices sooner or later.  Also today US is closed so

Trading appeared to be odd today at one point. The offers were all being taken out up to $1.55 on about 150K shares, then orders hit the ask to drop it to $1.40 on about 10K shares. The VWAP was $1.51
