With this offer, Nobody will approve ALPA for the country disturbance if they call the strike and the government will have full support for a back to work call. The public opinion score will be something like 9 to1.
If true this offer is already a victory for ALPA, these hikes are largely over what was obtained by other major unions in the country and even WestJet.

Not that it matters much to me but the numbers "leaked" illegally by AC management are BS. Cherry-picked, massaged and framed dishonestly. My intel suggests that by doing this the company has further engergized the pilots to stand up. Well, we'll see, but I for one, don't think this is going to go easy for anyone involved and that include the shareholders.
