RE:When CEO walks away their is a reason.

RE:When CEO walks away their is a reason.Thirties? You'll be lucky to see 10. Craig walked with right around 2.5 million shares if the insider info on s/h is correct. He's no longer an insider. Unless he's about to launch a vengeful angry hostile takeover bid, those shares will hit the bids. Why on earth did he buy more this year when his buddy burgess was dumping. Burgess and the rest of the spectrum crew got 49% of defn for free 3 years ago in the worst deal for shareholders I've ever seen. I thank my emotion, greed, and utter disbelief for keeping me away from this. It remains to be seen if the actual underlying property is as worthless as the corpse that currently owns it otherwise I wouldn't even check in on defn out of morbid curiosity. This one should be required reading for all freshman finance students, geologists, securities lawyers, accountants, and chapter 1 of investing for dummies. Good luck. Just my opinion and 40+ years investing experience.
