Bedford Metals Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of resource properties in British Columbia and Saskatchewan, Canada. Its projects include Margurete Gold Project, Ubiquity Lake Project, Close Lake Project, and Sheppard Lake Uranium Project. The Margurete Gold Project is located in the Phillips Arm Gold Camp and covers 687 hectares, approximately 200 kilometers Northwest of Vancouver in southwest British Columbia. The Ubiquity Lake Uranium Project, spanning 1,382 hectares, is located just south of the southern edge of the Athabasca Basin, Canada’s prolific uranium region. The Close Lake Uranium Project is located in the Athabasca Basin, and spans about 245 hectares. It lies within a key exploration area, including the Keys Lake, Cigar Lake, and McArthur River mines. Sheppard Lake Uranium Project covers an area of approximately 2250 hectares and adjoins the Ubiquity Lake Project to the southeast.
