RE:RE:RE:RE:What do you guys think of this deal?If more than 3375000 shares tendered they are gong to prorate and they will give back anything over that amount.  so do they mean prorated based on the tendered share brerakdown or prorated based on number outstanding share ownership breakdown.  My guess is the former.
