RE:RE:RE:What do you guys think of this deal?CPF I dont think thats what it says, otherwise they would have stated "upto" $12/share. and who would deposit shares not knowing whatthey would get for it.  I think the deposit is just to weigh interest, give people a chance to opt in and if too many do, then split it equitable somehow (prorated)
