This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

WTF are you on about? Since when is $0.73 soaring?

FYI the BOC has cut their interest rate 3 x 1/4 percentage points to the FED's none so far.

Plus another 1/4 point cut planned for October.

BOC is doing just fine.

BCE is too.
