If they do not close this financing by Wednesday, then there is something very wrong with the future of this company, because the financiers know and or have all the real inside info. And we all know that it is pre arranged, that was the real negociation, the 0.10. Did Evan win? No! He could of negotiated 0.12, if he could not hold his side for the respect of all his existing SH, then it says a lot!
I can imagine him at the table, I'm telling you this thing is worth $1 a share, and on the other side they say yeah right!

imagines this fool analyst, recently evaluating this at 0.50 USD! I don't know why we call them specialists, analysts, what do they analyse, the opinion of the ceo?
