On May 14th and 21st, 2021, the trust exercised 1,365,000 warrants at 85 cents.

In the ensuing 3 weeks, the trust sold 375,000 shares at prices between $7.60 and $4.84.

It had 11,713,000 shares left as of June 11th, 2021.
