RE:RE:RE:I see a pattern here, give hope, issue more shares to have a I guess you could call them mini pump and dumps. I haven't noticed directly, but other members of the board here have been making notice for a long time.
"Hey, share price is going up, must be a PP coming!"
I guess it's just the path of least resistance for management. They don't know any other way of doing it, so what's another PP. Next thing you know you are at a quarter billion shares and if shareholders haven't kept spending, their shares are worth considerably less. It's inflation essentially. I'm sure it's the death phase of the Junior Miner life cycle. Finally no one coughs up and they liquidate what's left.
We are lucky though. We have a very valuable asset and are crawling through the desert here. Looks like a well up ahead, and maybe some rain clouds on the horizon. Wow, that's some serious mixed metaphors going on now.
Anyway, why bother complaining. They were voted in for another year. We love this behaviour. They are managing like gods, I hope they do more of these soon so they can get a raise a plod along a little slower.
Now a word from my cheerleader side. I'm guessing Osmose pushed back and wanted a better deal a while back. Tim probably does have others interested but real businesses need our little vessel to advance further before they can invest, so why cave to Osmose when we just need to stay alive a little longer; to finish some paperwork and complete a phase I know is coming. Theses PP's suck, but we will keep so much more equity, and ownership stays with the faithful and anyone can participate. We should see a spike in share price soon, warrants can be exercised for future financing, and away we go to Step 3 completion inside 18 months. They are mad at me now, but inside of a year, how are we not at $1/share with real investors banging at the door.
Anyway, just my opinion from both sides of my brain. Probably doesn't make any sense but it feels good to write my aggregation away. Have a good weekend friends.
