Publishing Clinical Test Results in Medical Publications

Publishing Clinical Test Results in Medical PublicationsDoes anyone know, what is preventing Dr. Mandel or Dr. Macfarland from submitting the clinical test results to prestigious medical publications like New England Journal of Medicine or similar Publications available in U.K or other countries(wherever we have registered the Patents).  I believe before publishing,  these submissions of clinical test results  are peer reviewed by upto 5 other independent Doctors.  These Doctors may seek clarifications and Various methodologies used in the tabulation of Clinical Test results.  Once published,  TLT will have immediate recognition on a global scale.  I was just wondering what is holding up TLT from doing this...
