RE:BPO Preferred shares ex-dividend next Friday.

RE:BPO Preferred shares ex-dividend next Friday.Hi there,

This lack of concern for shareholders has been on full display in the BPY financials.

Raising capital is the easy part....taking care of the capital and its stakeholders is the hard part.

Brookfield never used to be that way at all.  It is how a $60 billion market cap company came to control a trillion dollars in assets.  However, they seem to be tiring of their responsibility to the public markets.

Have a great day,
Carena
