Dividends. TMX Key Data shows BPY Prefers declared, NOT BPOBrookfield Property Preferred L.P. (BPYP.PR.A) | Key Data | TMX Money Brookfield Office Properties Inc. Class AAA Preference Shares Series AA (BPO.PR.A) | Key Data | TMX Money Maybe Monday BPO dividends will show them declared. No big worry, as long as BPY dividends are declared, pretty sure BPO dividends will be also as they are guaranteed by BPY.
Although, I'm not sure how BPY prefers are "organizationally structure". In fact, I was never able to understand the structure.
