FFN.PR.A Sept dividend update??

On Sept 28 2022 they raised the rate from 0.05625 to 0.06458 per month

on Sept 21 2023 they raised the rate from 0.6458 to 0.7917 per month

Will they revise the amount again this Sept ??

Any guess how much it will be with the interest rates going down.
