Northstar Clean Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clean technology company. The Company is focused on sustainable recovery and reprocessing of asphalt shingles. RE:RE:CVW Funding ClosedRight. I stayed with 7Mil as that is what they took from CVW for these next 2 plants but if in fact they are able to get capex down to 15 Mil in follow on plants then using 40/60 split that they seem to have with bdc on first plant would mean future capex equity contributions could move to 6 Mil per plant. Bonus.  That said I have noticed that Aiden Mills has commented in past presentations that they are also allocating another 2-3 Mil for working capital/misc. start-up cash requirements at least for this first plant. That may go down also to a degree in future plants but they are going to need to build a certain amount of working capital allowance into each new plant initiation.
