THIS DOESNT MAKE SENSEInterest ratees are a big equation to REITS, but so is the fact that replacement costs + lease increases that follow inflation trends and has been 5-10% higher for many are not baked into the equation.   Isnt  riocan and fcr able to renew leases like 10%+ higher at least yet what all these reits are in the garbage can
