Insider BuyingBesides the CFO, the director of HR just bought 50,000 shares. Would the director of HR have unique insights on whether nurses will once again leave the public system once their qualifying length of service period to receive their retention bonuses have been completed? Would that be the reason he is buying?  I imagine these bonuses were a one-time payment to nurses from the Quebec government.
