This is totally normal and expected. I previously shared examples of this.
It should be very encouraging to see the share price float up, and as of this morning, the wall at $0.45 that was trying to supress the share price disappear.
As Steve Hunter would often remind us, a market is made up of both the seller AND the buyer. And each side can have different motivations for acquiring or disposing of shares. Personally, I am very encouraged to see the uptick in volume, AND the incremental increase in share price.
