What a mess

What a messRev0 has been announcing PP's for months and months; no tranches have been filled and no PP's have been filled. Announced getting a "fine" amount for $680k; that didn't happen, and now a 50M PP at a nickel plus 50M more warrants (which will prob expire). Even if the PP fills, the outstanding shares will be ridiculous, but at least the lights will be on, even if there are no offices. And after 7 years of pumping this thing, the price is still barely 5 cents. Such a joke.
