RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What do you guys think of this deal?I think this is BS.  prorated is so low for us small investors theyre making sure nobody except the 2 big owners take advatage of it.  Sooo we should all tender shares for $12 - forkem dont let them get more than their prorated share
