Randy, dont you think times up for Pat Ryan and he has run out of time. Perhaps its time to get your feelers out there for a more qualified CEO that can finish the job...Clearly, Ryan is not up to the task. I firmly believe the science of RSX is there but the team is being led down the wrong path by Ryan.
