RE:RE:RE:"Naked Shorting"..Alive and continues to avade regulators ..This is NOT the normal shorting that goes on, where shares are borrowed and later covered and returned to holder. NAKED SHORTING, these are not borrowed shares..they are mere selling of shares not in existence and in many many cases never covered with buys. They merely do not exist (Ghost Shares) and increases company float expeditiously and may cause extreme difficulty for companys to raise money with bonified institutions. Thats the big problem!! This has caused many companys targeted with this illegal practice to go bankrupt and many never recover and diminishes a companys enterprise value, even with greats news being released. CEO has to investigate this...and get to the bottom of this. He said so himself many many times that the markets were not giving any value and respect to his tremedous success during the last 2 years and didnt know WHY markets are not responding..maybe this is the reason. Just a thought, email CEO and ask him to investigate..
