RE:RE:Heavily indebted with around 30 millionBased on that, TCF may not have fulfilled last year's initial earn-in obligations of spending $4mm ..they may already be non-compliant and may have already forfeited that agreement rights...who knows CEO has not provided any update on that matter. Doesn't surprise us, if correct,  didn't what to upset investors and markets with more bad news.
