XRE has MASSIVE RESISTANCE AT $18

$17.4 now is just filling that gap since the 2023 regional bank crisis that took it from $18 - $14ish...

about 3.5% upside for most names. I think the rally can take us there and then possibly correct from there, retesting $17 before the second leg up in early 2025
