Fortunately, I've been out of this dog for a while, but is Core's tech even patented?  Correct me if I'm wrong, but it is my understanding they have "filed" for patent protection re: their psilocybin production system & have several "provisional" patents via their wholly owned subsidiaries.  Neither of the above equate to actual IP or any true patent protection...only a utility patent provides that.  Right Season Investments may not have done their due diligence...In the event of any need for reorganization/liquidation, $300K for a patent filing & a few provisional patents (yet to be even filed) seems to be a bit of an overpay to me.  JMO...
