It seems that investors aren't interested in the legacy business side.

They could be waiting for some concrete evidence that the Blue Sky side has received funding before coming on board.

Possibly those who did, moved funds elsewhere for now.

If you watched the webinar, it was clearly explain with the goings on with PLAN.

The release of the recorded webinar should be out shortly.
