RE:Buybacks It is a not sense if they don't! No urgency for debt reduction at this level. Unless a transformational acquisition is on the table (in a new vertical), or a complementary acquisition for the ag business (or similar move), I would love if they could buyback 10% of outstanding shares under 70$.
90$ in book value per share, good/reasonable return on equity. This is a low risk high payback for us, long term shareholders.
I'm getting scared Linda steped aside her position to buyback the whole company! If I was her, I would considering her current stake and current price.
As stated lately, I agree, this is now a diversified industrial company.
