RE:OVERWEIGHTPRV is also our largest holding for exactly the same reason as Garyreins..We will start reducing in the $6.50 range and will hold at slighly over balanced once we hit $7.50. 
Looking for any advice on comparables. I will do my due diligence but having somewhere to start my search would be helpful. PM me if you have any advice to asist in our diversification.. 
With PRV I know a number of past/present compass employees and am frequently in the burnside industrial park.. Not sure I would feel so connected to any other REIT
