You can't possibly be serious.
Do you actually think the company qualified to accelerate the expiry date and decided not to?
They Did Not meet the qualifications of 5 consecutive closes above .9375 After the prescribed period.
The warrants were re-priced on July 3rd.
They announced they had done a private placement at 80 cents per unit on July 22nd.
They did the pp PRECISELY BECAUSE they weren't able to move up the warrants' expiry date.
They didn't elect not to change the warrant date because they did a placement, it was the other way around.
Why in God's name would the company have elected not to accelerate the warrant expiry if they could have??
They could have done Both, and had enough liquidity to last a couple months longer than they will with the $2.8 million they raised by selling stock AND warrants at 80 cents.
Incidentally, that issue was bought by insiders and some cryptic group.
Stock AND warrants for 80 cents.
Have you noticed the support at .80 in the last few weeks?
What a surprise!
