The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. 140KI delevered around 140k past week or two.  A small fraction of my portfolio.   Also cancelled DRIP.

If things fly into 2025 then I can retire with DZTRADER and I just cheated myself off some greeedy profits.

If things go south, the AMMO IS READY.   

The key to getting a head $$ is really for one of these CAD REITS TO GET BOUGHT OUT
