I don't know if DWS can wait until 2026 to make Mgmt changes.  This company is a disaster that needs attention now.  I would like nothing more than Lassonde to get involved however, keep in mind it's the retired father who owns most of the Lassonde shares. He probably influences the other shares owned by the Lassonde Group as well.  

Consider that we don't know what his intentions are. He might see something we don't and is willing to hold on Vs intervening.

As for issuing more share to pay for their purchase, I agree this comes with a lot more pressure on the price.  Do we need further dilution give their track record to date?

Finally, maybe this is Mr. Lassonde's plan all along to let DWS burry themselves then swoop in and take over !!
