This coming from a guy who has very little diversification in his portfolio. At least try to learn about industries outside of your reit competence. You will be a better investor in the long run.

You lost a lot of money owning reits  and putting a substantial part of your net worth on them. When you look at the bigger picture, you are down big time over the last couple of years.
