Canadian Premium Sand Inc. is a Canada-based supplier of patterned solar glass. The facility utilizes low-iron silica sand from its wholly owned Wanipigow quarry leases and renewable Manitoba hydroelectricity. The Company has over 41 contiguous quarry leases located approximately 160 kilometers north of Winnipeg, Manitoba (the Wanipigow Sand Quarry) that grant the Company the exclusive right to quarry silica sand which the Company intends to use as feedstock for the patterned solar glass manufacturing facility.

Grants and other government commitments/loans are so tricky.

What I do see in the new corporate presentation is that they need to raise $168 million in equity. Will the market ascribe value to the government funding in a way current shareholders will benefit or will the current shareholders be wiped out from massive dilution at low prices?

My crystal stopped working years ago...
