TVE - Performance -( Nine Points )
I like TVE, but am not super excited about clear water because the wells are small. It's means you need to drill a lot of wells. BTE did drill some bigger wells in the clear water but i am sure that big wells like thoose are not common in the clear water.
TVE has great Charlie Lake assets and a lot of them are in the same area as Kelt.
What is significant here is that now Nine Points, Eric Nuttall is pounding the table regarding TVE, and has been assure that the quarterly misses are behind them.
I like TVE but don't like their debt, and don't like them buying back share when they have so much resource development opportunity. Something Eric never really considers.
What i do think is that now we have both AAV, and TVE all in the area of the Kelt footprint, that will be drilling and promoting this great Charlie Lake play resource and Kelt will be getting better recognized and know for their premium resource.
For Kelt the Montney is the most important near term objective, because they have massive land holding, but in second play is the large inventory of Charlie lake they have developed while at the same time kelt fully deliniated Wembley/Pipestone Montney.
Kelt is more than a one trick pony, expect to hear more good news regarding the Charlie Lake.
