RE:What about the US side of trading?I don't know what the process would be. My contact at CIRO told me that they have no jurisdiction against Lind as they are based in the US.

Maybe a complaint submitted directly to the TSX? 

Lind has been accused before of manipulation but I don't think anything "stuck."
