Lex Talks About One Of The Loans

Lex Talks About One Of The Loans
@lexcon @kjm " Is that 338 ozs per month to Ocean no matter what the price of gold is?" yes. The loan has a fixed weight of gold repayment that was determined at the time the loan was drawn. They used the then current spot price of gold on that date, less a discount to spot to determine the number of ounces it requires monthly to repay the loan. It works both ways actually---if gold keeps going up sure GSVR is paying the loan with more valuable physical gold, but it protects the company in the other direction as well--if something caused a drastic fall in the spot price of gold then we repay the loan with the same fixed amount of less valuable physical gold (rather than having to increase the delivered amount to offset the drop in price)

@lexcon " fixed monthly installments of gold totalling approximately 338 troy ounces per month for a period of 30 months which commenced in June 2024. Notably, Guanajuato Silver averaged monthly production of over 1600 ounces of gold and over 137,000 ounces of silver during the first half of 2024." 338/1600 = 21.1% of the avg monthly gold production repays the loan. It has no effect on the monthly silver production.

@lexcon The other 79% of gold produced and all of the silver production as still available to sell at current market prices.
