Please provide the exact dates they were in talks with Quebecor and the TSX restrictions placed on insiders during that time Seeing as any takeover is likely to results in common dot B shareholders being diluted to mere nothingness (due to the $1B debt) they would have to be pretty stupid insiders to buy and hold and flipping would be iillegal. You held that in your pocket for three months hoping to rebut??? Your comment of today matches the intelligence of July's LOL. Common  dot B shareholders have absolutely nothing to look forward to - its either a 15 cent stock for years, bankruptcy, or a take over which have the same results as bankruptcy for common holders
