RE:RE:We need Stephen Takacsy backAgree completely. REKR's balance sheet is ugly and it had negative operating cash flows and negative EBITDA during Q1 and Q2. "Revenue Sharing Notes" within debt is not something you normally see in a public company. Not sure if the REKR equity is worth anything, and not sure how the market values it at US$1.22 per share currently. In contrast, QTRH has significant cash + money coming in soon on milestone payments from customrs and perhaps more with Wilan settlement over the next 2 years. The converts (due two years from now) have zero refinancing risk as the company can elect to use shares or cash at/near maturity and its senior debt (normal bank debt) is not too high versus EBITDA and the company is paying down senior debt each quarter given postive cashflows. QTRH has a foundation in place, whereas REKR does not. Great to have fancy vision and press releases, but I prefer's QTRH foundation (and its C$1.51 share price) versus REKR any day.
