Today, EMP Metals Corp. announced the successful completion of its full acquisition of Hub City Lithium Corp. (HCL), consolidating its ownership of its lithium properties in Saskatchewan.

In addition to this acquisition, EMP Metals also shared today that it has appointed Karl Kottmeier as its new CEO. Kottmeier, who has served as a director of the company since November 2023, will lead the company’s growth efforts.
To further strengthen its leadership team, EMP Metals plans to nominate Bryden Wright, President and COO of ROK Resources Inc. (which holds approximately 17% ownership in EMPS), to its board. This move aligns with the company's ongoing efforts to advance its lithium exploration and development initiatives.
