Here PYR showcased their DROSRITE technology along with their partner Radian Oil and Gas. Like others have mentioned, one just needs to look at the big picture and connect the dots.
Note that the 2 individuals (in the pictures) from PYR are Omar Cruz, Project Management and Aluminum Operations Director, and Juan E. Salazar, Director of Products and Strategic Development, PYR Aluminum. Also pictured is the CEO of Radian Oil and Gas.

I definitely remember Bcontadventures stating PYR was at a big metals conference in Ryadah in the middle east.
Seems like PYR has ties over there, enough to see there's something in the works.
